ABA TRUE TO HOOP BASKETBALL TRAINING

True to Hoop Basketball Training aims to improve all aspects of the player’s game. Sessions are designed to highlight strengths and improve weaknesses. We believe 90% of the game is mental and our training sessions include exercises to get players out of their comfort zone, sharpen their mental game and improve their overall basketball IQ.

We offer one free introductory session to discuss goals to determine which program is best suited to meet your needs.

All skill levels are welcome.


Individual

These 1 hour individual workout sessions allow for a more tailored experience and give players a chance to receive the one on one attention needed to maximize their workout time and improve their basketball IQ, skillset and confidence.
Each session includes performance training and drills to sharpen skills in the following areas: shooting, ball handling, rim attacks and counter moves.
Personalized drills and regimens provided to be completed at home.

Small Group

4 consecutive sessions are for groups of no more than 6-8 players. Each organized with players of similar skill level. Whether a beginner or intermediate player, athletes will be challenged and get the attention needed to elevate their game. Each session includes performance training and drills to sharpen skills in the following areas: shooting, ball handling, rim attacks and counter moves. Small group sessions also include drills that allow players to compete against one another, pushing everyone to new skill levels.

Classes

In addition to individual and small group instruction, ABA offers foundational and Ballin' Basketball classes to help sharpen basketball skills. Foundational basketball offers an entry level workout that includes ball handling and shooting fundamentals. Ballin’ basketball classes offer a more intense, fast paced workout that include ball handling and shooting drills, rim attacks and counter moves. Classes are larger than the small group training and give players the opportunity to scrimmage to implement what they learned in a game format.
